AcaBoost terms of service
Effective July 12, 2026. These terms govern trials, subscriptions, tenant sites, and administrative workspaces.
1. Agreement and authority
By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a subscription, or using AcaBoost, you agree to these terms for yourself and the organization you represent. You confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization and are at least 18 years old.
2. Trials, subscriptions, add-ons, and renewal
Trials are limited to one per organization unless AcaBoost approves otherwise and do not include provider-backed AI or video usage. The checkout page identifies the purchased plan, optional add-ons, price, currency, and term. Paid subscriptions and recurring add-ons renew for the same term at the then-current disclosed price unless an authorized administrator cancels before renewal. Metered credits may refresh or expire on the schedule shown in Billing & usage; unused periodic credits do not roll over unless the offer says otherwise. Taxes, payment-provider charges, and optional services may be additional when disclosed.
3. Customer administration and content
Your organization controls its administrators, roles, public content, contacts, communications, registrations, documents, commerce settings, and connected providers. You are responsible for account security, administrator removal, lawful instructions, required notices and consents, and the accuracy and rights to content you submit. You grant AcaBoost a limited license to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that content only as needed to operate and secure the service.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use AcaBoost for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or unsolicited activity; malware; payment fraud; credential attacks; unsafe collection of sensitive data; interference with the service; or access to another tenant. You must follow applicable email, text-message, privacy, fundraising, tax, accessibility, and youth-data requirements.
5. Third-party services
AcaBoost can connect to hosting, email, messaging, analytics, AI, malware-scanning, DNS, and payment providers. Their separate terms apply. Payment card data is collected by the payment provider and is not stored by AcaBoost. Provider outages, account restrictions, pricing, and policy changes may affect connected features.
6. Service changes, beta features, and availability
We may improve, replace, limit, or discontinue features while preserving reasonable access to core customer data. Beta and preview features may change and are provided without a service-level commitment. Planned maintenance and urgent security work may temporarily affect availability. Current beta support expectations are described in the support and beta service policy.
7. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access to protect customers or the platform, respond to legal requirements, address security or acceptable-use issues, or resolve overdue billing. When practical, we will give notice and a chance to cure. You may cancel as described in the refund and cancellation policy. Following termination, export and retention options depend on account state, law, and the purchased plan; organizations should maintain their own required records.
8. Confidentiality and security
Each party will protect nonpublic information received from the other and use it only for the service relationship. AcaBoost uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Notify security@acaboost.net promptly of suspected compromise.
9. Ownership and feedback
Your organization retains ownership of its content. AcaBoost retains ownership of the platform, documentation, designs, and related technology. Feedback may be used to improve the service without an obligation to compensate you, provided it does not identify your confidential information.
10. Disclaimers and liability
Except as required by law, the service is provided as available and without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. AcaBoost is not a tax, legal, accounting, fundraising, or records-retention advisor. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages. AcaBoost's aggregate liability for a claim is limited to amounts paid for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these terms prospectively. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date and, when appropriate, communicated to account administrators. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance of the revised terms. Questions may be sent to legal@acaboost.net.
